З метою підвищення довіри громадськості та створення позитивного іміджу ДПС, а також вивчення оцінки якості надання послуг і визначення питань, що потребують врегулювання, у 2026 році за підтримки Світового банку проводиться Глобальне опитування платників податків (далі – Глобальне опитування), яке реалізується незалежними дослідницькими компаніями – UDA Consulting  (Туреччина) та Info Sapience  (Україна).

Дослідження проводиться за стандартизованою методологією опитування щодо витрат платників податків на дотримання податкового законодавства, розроблено Світовим банком, у формі вебанкетування.

Результати цього опитування будуть використані для сприяння вдосконаленню податкового адміністрування, спрощення процедур та поліпшення якості надання послуг.
