Barcodes – the global language of business communication
World system of identification and bar coding GS1 is the basis of today’s practical applications in the field of information technology. This system consists of a set of global standards, establishing common rules for unique identification and use of bar codes. The GS1 system, in particular barcoding is a common global language of trade relations in any industry and in any country of the world. More than one million users in 140 countries around the world use GS1 system. Bar coding is an internationally accepted means of labeling.
It was introduced in order to create the conditions in Ukraine, the implementation of information technology of automated identification and electronic data exchange and the creation of an information base for the control and management of commodity and money circulation; increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian goods on the domestic and foreign markets; reducing turnover time through the use of electronic means into account in the manufacture of the product, its storage, transportation, realization and reporting to the authorities. Bar coding of goods allows for efficient marketing of the market to predict consumer demand, optimize the production and delivery of goods, than again improves the satisfaction of consumer needs. A bar code (barcode) – is composed of vertical bars and intervals of the image, wherein the encoded sequence of characters is an identification number (code) of goods. Bottom line image identification number is added in coded form. This form allows the images to read barcodes with automatic devices – scanners. The marking is done by drawing the image of the bar code on the labels, tags or directly on the surface of the product. Розпочато проект “ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКА СИСТЕМА РОЗВИТКУ CERTUA”
17 травня 2016 року у Вінницькій торгово-промисловій палаті відбулась ділова зустріч-навчання з керівниками та фахівцями з якості підприємств, які приймають участь у міжнародному польсько-українському проекті “ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКА СИСТЕМА РОЗВИТКУ CERTUA”, співфінансований Сенатом Республіки Польща в рамках допомоги полякам за кордоном у 2016 році.
Відкрив зустріч віце-президент Вінницької торгово-промислової палати Липкань Степан, презентував програму “Європейська система розвитку CERTUA” пан Кшиштоф Каліта — президент Польського Товариства Інтеграція Європа-Схід.
Під час зустрічі була присутня партнер проекту:
Алла Ратинська – голова Вінницької Культурно-Просвітницької Спілки Поляків.
В рамках зустрічі учасники були ознайомлені із запланованими заходами, що будуть здійснені в рамках Проекту, етапами проведення робіт на підприємстві з розробки та впровадження систем управління якістю та безпечністю харчових продуктів згідно з ДСТУ ISO 9001:2015 та ДСТУ ISO 22000.
Незалежно від того, який тип системи менеджменту буде впроваджений, існують загальні принципи та алгоритми, яким необхідно слідувати протягом всього процесу впровадження.
Саме про це йшла мова у виступі начальника методичного центру з розвитку систем менеджменту Пігарьової Людмили.
Щодо законодавчих вимоги та необхідності розроблення, впровадження системи управління безпечністю харчових продуктів (ISO 22000), сертифікації та особливостях розробки та впровадження базових програм-передумов (вимоги санітарії, гігієни, перехресного забруднення тощо) виступила менеджер методичного центру з розвитку систем менеджменту Хомутовська Ірина.
Проведено потрібні консультації, надані відповіді на запитання.

Moldova officially restricted the import of Ukrainian goods
Moldova published the decree on the import restrictions Ukrainian goods.
In late April, the Moldovan government introduced quotas and protective tariffs on products of animal origin and Ukrainian cement production.
On the specified products will be set quotas on imports of goods and above the quota – protective duties. Quotas will be handed out on a “first come – first took shape.” Throughout the Ukrainian production over quota will be charged fee: milk and cream – 10%, other dairy products – 15% for butter and cheese – from 15% to 20% plus EUR 500 per 1 ton. Meat products will be subject to a fee of 15% and cement – 10%.
Customs duties on imports of milk and milk powder will be extended to local producers. Introduced quotas in the government of Moldova explained the request on the part of local producers. In the explanatory memorandum also states that last year the volume of Ukrainian dairy products (sour cream, kefir, yogurt) rose 1.5 times, meat – 14 times, and cement – 6 times.
The growth of imports of Ukrainian products in the explanatory memorandum justified the embargo on these products from the side of Russia. As for cement, the ban was the response to the decline of Moldovan exports of cement in Ukraine – both due to lower prices for Ukrainian products, and as a result of Ukraine recognize the Moldovan certificates.
