Bar Coding Department
Bar Coding Department provides barcode consultations, registration, verification and monitoring services and licenses approximately 1,000 new barcodes to businesses every year. VCCI is the sole representative office of GS1 Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region, the only organization in the country that licenses barcodes. More than 900 businesses from the Vinnytsia region are members of GS1 Ukraine and over 10,000 barcodes have been issued to businesses.

Customs Declaration Department
Customs Declarations assists SME exporters and importers with customs documentation, due diligence, government filings and duty payments and related consultations and seminars and is the only institution in Vinnytsia that is able to provide ATA carnets for temporary importation of goods abroad such as commercial samples used in international trade shows.

Center of Computer Technologies provides internet connectivity as an internet service provider (“ISP”) for Vinnytsia and as the official registrar for the Vinnytsia internet domains of “vn.ua” and “vinnica.ua”.
