In accordance with the Law On Public Procurement, there is an obligatory requirement for the training (advanced training) of tender committee members.

Vinnytsia Chamber of Commerce and Industry provides training courses for tender committees members on a regular basis.

Courses are held in a specially equipped audience in the city center at 67 Soborna st. (room 102).

The training program includes:

1. Overview of the Law of Ukraine On Public Procurement. Basic provisions and differences of the Law On Public Procurement.
2. Electronic purchases system implementation through the ProZorro resource. Registration and work in the system.
3. Review of electronic platforms in the ProZorro system. Organization and conducting of pre-threshold electronic procurement.
4. The procedure for holding an electronic auction and determining the winner of the procurement procedure.

Training is conducted by leading experts – practitioners in the field of public procurement of Ukraine.
