Goods Examination and Certification Department provides certificates of origin, assessment, and consultation services to SMEs regarding the quantity, quality and composition of exported and imported goods, economic estimates of damage arising from improper storage and transit, and verification of the labeling of exported and imported goods, in addition to dual-use certification for Ukrainian export controls, single domestic vendor certification for Ukrainian government tenders, and certificates of prevailing market prices.

Bar Coding Department provides barcode consultations, registration, verification and monitoring services and licenses approximately 1,000 new barcodes to businesses every year. VCCI is the sole representative office of GS1 Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region, the only organization in the country that licenses barcodes. More than 900 businesses from the Vinnytsia region are members of GS1 Ukraine and over 10,000 barcodes have been issued to businesses.
