1. Examination to determine the quantity (completeness) of goods:determination of the quantity of bulk cargo in railway cars and tanks using the volume-mass method (using Vinnytsia CCI instruments:
• measuring rods, areometers, samplers);
• determination of the quantity (weight) of goods in railway cars by determining the gross, tare, and net weight;
• determination of the quantity and condition of packaging in vehicles carrying goods (granulated sugar, mineral fertilizers in bags, etc.);
• determination of the completeness and technical condition of equipment arriving in vehicles (experts determine whether the equipment is new or used, determine the degree of wear and tear);
• determining the volume of timber in railway cars and motor vehicles;determining the quantity of consumer goods and raw materials, the completeness of equipment – by recalculation, weighing, and measurement.
2. Examination to determine the quality of food and industrial goods:
• quality of food and industrial goods (selection of samples, formation and sealing of control samples, chemical analysis in independent accredited laboratories);
• quality of food products (organoleptic indicators, sampling for further laboratory analysis to determine physical, chemical, and microbiological indicators);
• quality of industrial goods, including to determine the nature of defects (manufacturing defects or those resulting from improper use by the consumer).
3. Determination of the yield of finished products (raw material consumption rates) during the processing of goods:
• the percentage of the cost of the product for processing in the cost of finished products;
• the yield of finished products from raw materials under the product processing agreement.
4. Non-governmental expertise in the field of state export control:
• identification of industrial groups of goods exported/imported from/to Ukraine in export/import mode by all modes of transport;
• classification of goods as military or dual-use goods in accordance with the terminology defined in the Law of Ukraine “On State Control over International Transfers of Military and Dual-Use Goods”;
• determination of the conformity/non-conformity of goods with the name and description of equipment included in the “Lists of Dual-Use Goods” that can be used for the transfer of conventional weapons, military and special equipment.
5. Determination of the technical condition of household appliances and the quality of consumer goods returned during the warranty period:
• determination of the nature of defects in goods during the warranty period (footwear, furniture);
• determination of manufacturing defects in goods that do not have a warranty period, but according to the law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, in cases where such defects are present, the consumer has the right to file a claim with the seller within two years;
• determination of defects in custom-made products (furniture, clothing, PVC windows);
• evaluation of products that have undergone dry cleaning.
6. Verification of the compliance of industrial equipment characteristics with the technical conditions of the contract.
7. Determination of the causes of equipment damage and the amount of damage caused.
8. Determination of the value of goods on the domestic market of Ukraine: determination of the wholesale/retail market value of goods on the domestic market of Ukraine; confirmation of the selling price of goods manufactured by the enterprise; determination of the actual market value of goods.
9. Determination of the amount of damage caused.
10. Identification of the goods actually received.
11. Participation in the work of commissions on the destruction of low-quality goods and goods with expired shelf life.
12. Examination to determine the actual yield of sawn timber.
13. Determination of the sole manufacturer of products/services.
14. Consideration of appeals from economic entities engaged in construction (developers) for the provision of an expert opinion confirming the postponement of construction completion deadlines.
15. Confirmation of the fact of enterprise downtime due to economic reasons.
16. Confirmation or refutation of the presence of ozone-depleting substances in goods planned for import or export.
17. Confirmation of individual temporary basic linear fuel and lubricant consumption rates per vehicle mileage.
