{"id":4264,"date":"2017-07-10T14:00:17","date_gmt":"2017-07-10T11:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cci.vn.ua\/?p=4264"},"modified":"2025-03-11T13:34:26","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T11:34:26","slug":"document-certification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cci.vn.ua\/en\/document-certification\/","title":{"rendered":"Certification of Documents needed for Foreign Economic Activity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Certification of documents related to the implementation of foreign economic activity (the commercial nature of the documents)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a confirmation of the validity of original documents of commercial nature issued by enterprises, organizations or state institutions, representative offices of foreign economic entities registered on the territory of Ukraine, to provide them to foreign counterparts or embassies (consulates), as well as confirmation of registration of a business entity by the competent authority and corresponding with the legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certification of documents related to foreign trade is carried by Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine under Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine On Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>List of documents which may be certified:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contracts, agreements, contracts and their applications, specifications, invoices, bills of lading, freight invoices, documents of title, customs declarations, declarations of the manufacturer of goods, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificates of origin, international veterinary certificates, quality certificates, phytosanitary certificates, free trade certificates, certificates of conformity, hygienic certificates, sanitary and epidemiological certificates, radiological certificates, health certificates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notarized copies of a charter, memorandum of association, general meeting minutes and other notarized documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals &#8211; Entrepreneurs and Public Formations, certified by the seal of this enterprise, organization, institution, firm, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This list of documents is not-exhaustive.
